We recently went to Subaru London regarding an issue we had with an older vehicle. We dealt with Joe Prossler and were very impressed with his professionalism, fairness and genuine demeanor. We went from being concerned customers to happy customers. All of the staff was professional, friendly and helpful that we dealt with. We hope to buy from this dealership again soon.
